- Free Shipping
- Standard Shipping
- Priority Shipping
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For more information about a product’s shipping and delivery details, please refer to the vendor’s “Terms and Conditions” located within their shop profile. All shipping and delivery options depend on the vendor’s shipping policy.
DO VENDORS DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
Each seller on Fifteen Cities has the option to ship internationally. Before purchasing a product, please refer to the vendor’s “Terms and Conditions” located within their shop profile.
Please note, vendors may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which vendors have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed and the vendor has neither informed you nor advised you of a revised estimated date for delivery, please contact the vendor. You can do this by selecting the “Get Support” button within the vendor’s shop profile. Use your Order ID to specify the order that is delayed.
